So, after a comprehensive exchange of emails & texts Andrew & I figured out the perfect time & place for his surprise proposal to the lovely Reilly and on Sunday about 15 minutes before sunset we were scheduled to 'accidentally' run into them on a pretty grassy bluff in Kapalua. The only problem with this of course was that Reilly didn't KNOW we had set up our little rendezvous and so was happily oblivious to the plan as she took her time getting ready for her romantic dinner at their hotel in Kaanapali. We got a little flurry of messages from Andrew updating us on their progress and it was just as the sun was finally dipping below the horizon when they strolled around the corner and Andrew found his spot to go down on one knee and pop the question.
So we didn't quite get our sunset shots, but I think things turned out beautifully, and the reason I say that?... Just check out Reillys' face, Absolutely Perfect!
