Natasa & Danny

This was a lovely intimate wedding in Winnetka last Sunday. A little breezy but Natasa & Danny were fortunate to have some sunshine after days of rain and made the most of the opportunity to have their sunset ceremony by the beach in Gillson Park.

We did our formal portraits before the ceremony, so that we could get down to the lake as soon as the ceremony finished to catch the last rays of the sunset.

The Fall colors weren't QUITE this evident - perhaps a little photoshop, just for fun!

On the beach a beautiful bride & groom attracted the attention of this group of kids, Natasa & Danny happily posed with them for a couple of shots. They look good with a large family right?

Back to the hall for some food & drink!

The beautiful table centerpieces were designed by Natasa

We were SO happy that we were able to do this for the two of you. Have a WONDERFUL life together.

Charity Auction session for Loyola Hospital

Peter Coombs Photography donated a family photo session to Loyola for their Charity Auction this summer, raising money for Haiti.
Here are a couple of pictures from the shoot with Dan, Stacy, Miles & Bridget.

We did the session at Montrose Beach & Harbor. A little way north but still a great view of the city skyline.

Thanks for coming out & helping us support a great cause.

Brian & Frida

Brian is a wonderful videographer who I have worked with on many weddings over the years. He is an avid Cubs Fan and more recently an avid fan of a beautiful young woman named Frida.
On Friday a couple of weeks ago they were married... It was lovely.
Frida & Brian saw each other for the first time at the Hotel Allegro downtown, a beautiful Deco & Modern Art setting for their first look.

After a few shots in the hotel, we headed out to the planetarium for some pictures before the ceremony

We also stopped on Lower Wacker for some less than traditional images.

Our final destination was the Cancer Survivors Garden where the ceremony took place in a very informal setting with their closest friends & family

All the very best for a wonderful future together. XXX Peter & Gina
